Orders

How do I place an order?
Browse products, add the items you want to your cart, then proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery details and complete payment to confirm your order. You’ll receive an order confirmation right away.
How can I track my order?
Go to the Track Order page and enter your order or tracking number to see the latest status and location of your parcel in real time.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, contact our support team as soon as possible at support@zopani.com and we’ll do our best to help. Once an order is shipped it can’t be cancelled, but you may be able to return it.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation โ€” what should I do?
Please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can’t find it, log in to Your Account to view your orders, or contact support and we’ll resend your confirmation.

Shipping & Delivery

Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver across all 6 GCC countries: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location within the GCC. You’ll see the estimated delivery window at checkout, and you can track your parcel anytime on the Track Order page.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order. Any applicable delivery fee will be shown clearly before you pay. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?
Available payment methods, including any cash-on-delivery option, are shown at checkout based on your delivery country.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
Eligible items can be returned within the return window stated on our Returns & Refunds page. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Log in to Your Account, find the order, and follow the return steps โ€” or contact support@zopani.com and our team will guide you through it.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, your refund is processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
What if I received a damaged or wrong item?
We’re sorry about that! Please contact support right away with your order number and a photo of the item, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit/credit cards and other secure payment options shown at checkout. All transactions are encrypted and protected.
Is it safe to pay on ZOPANI?
Yes. All payments are processed securely with encryption, and we never store your full card details on our servers.
Which currency are prices shown in?
Prices are displayed in the store’s currency at checkout. Any applicable taxes or fees will be shown before you confirm payment.

Account

Do I need an account to shop?
You’ll need an account to place an order and track it. Creating one is quick and lets you manage your orders, addresses and returns in one place.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, click “Forgot password” and follow the instructions sent to your email to set a new password.
How do I update my address or details?
Log in to Your Account and edit your profile, saved addresses and contact details anytime.

Selling on ZOPANI

How do I become a seller?
Click Become a Seller, complete the quick registration and identity verification (KYC). Once approved, your store goes live and you can start listing products.
How and when do I get paid?
Seller earnings are managed from your seller dashboard, where you can request withdrawals according to the payout terms. Our seller support team can help with any questions.
Is there a fee to sell on ZOPANI?
A small commission applies per sale. Full details are shared during seller onboarding. For questions, email sellers@zopani.com.
