We deliver across all 6 GCC countries: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and vary by destination country within the GCC.

Shipping Charges

Any applicable delivery fee is calculated and shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Order Tracking

Track your parcel in real time anytime on the Track Order page using your tracking number.

📦 Once your order ships You’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel from dispatch to your doorstep. Delivery timings may vary slightly during peak seasons or public holidays.

For Sellers — Shipping Address & KYC

If you’re registering as a seller, the shipping section of your KYC is where you provide the address your parcels are dispatched from. Getting this right — and backing it up with a document — helps us approve your store faster.

Add your dispatch / warehouse address

During KYC, in the Shipping section, enter the full address of the location your orders will be shipped from (your warehouse, store or fulfilment point). Make sure it’s complete and accurate — building, street, area, city and country.

Upload an address-proof document

Attach a document that proves this shipping address is real and active — for example a utility bill, tenancy contract, trade license, or a recent invoice/bill showing the same address. This confirms the dispatch location actually exists.

Make sure the details match

The address on your document should match the shipping address you typed in the form. Mismatched or unclear documents are the most common reason KYC gets delayed.

Submit for review

Once submitted, our team reviews your shipping address and document. A clear, verifiable address means faster approval — and your store can go live sooner.

Tip for faster KYC approval Upload a clear, readable document (not blurry), make sure the address on it exactly matches what you entered, and that the document is recent. This lets our team verify your dispatch location quickly and approve your store without back-and-forth.
