Vendor Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your relationship with ZOPANI as a seller on our marketplace. By registering and listing products, you agree to the conditions below.
ZOPANI (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”) provides an online multi-vendor marketplace serving customers across the GCC. As a registered seller (“Vendor”, “you”), you are responsible for your store, products and order fulfilment in line with these terms. Please read them carefully.
Eligibility & Verification (KYC)
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
- You must complete identity verification (KYC) by providing accurate personal and business details.
- You must provide a valid dispatch/warehouse address along with a document that verifies it (e.g. utility bill, tenancy contract, trade license or invoice).
- Your store goes live only after ZOPANI reviews and approves your application.
- Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information may result in rejection or removal.
Products & Listings
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your product titles, descriptions, images and prices.
- Products must be genuine, legal and comply with all applicable GCC laws and regulations.
- Counterfeit, prohibited, unsafe or restricted items are strictly not allowed.
- Listings are subject to admin review; ZOPANI may edit, reject or remove any listing that violates these terms.
- You must keep stock levels accurate to avoid cancellations and customer disappointment.
Orders & Fulfilment
- You must process and dispatch orders promptly within the stated handling time.
- Items must be packed securely and shipped from your verified dispatch address.
- You must honour the ZOPANI returns and refund policy for eligible orders.
- Repeated late dispatch, cancellations or poor service may affect your seller standing.
Commission & Payouts
- ZOPANI charges a commission on each successful sale, as communicated during onboarding.
- Your earnings (after commission and any applicable fees) are credited to your seller wallet.
- Withdrawals can be requested from your seller dashboard, subject to the minimum payout threshold and payout schedule.
- Payouts are made to the payment details you provide; you are responsible for their accuracy.
- Amounts related to pending returns, disputes or chargebacks may be held until resolved.
Seller Conduct
- Treat customers professionally and respond to queries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Do not attempt to divert customers off-platform or bypass ZOPANI’s payment system.
- Do not manipulate reviews, ratings or pricing in a misleading way.
- Maintain the confidentiality of customer data shared with you for order fulfilment.
Responsibility & Liability
You are responsible for your products, their quality, safety and legal compliance, and for any claims arising from them. ZOPANI acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not the manufacturer or seller of your products. You agree to indemnify ZOPANI against claims resulting from your listings, products or conduct.
Suspension & Termination
- ZOPANI may suspend or terminate your seller account for breach of these terms, fraud, or repeated poor performance.
- You may close your store at any time, subject to fulfilling pending orders and settling outstanding matters.
- Upon termination, any remaining valid balance is paid out after deducting applicable amounts.
Changes to These Terms
ZOPANI may update these Vendor Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated, and continued use of your seller account means you accept the updated terms.
