These terms govern your use of ZOPANI as a customer. By browsing, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to the conditions below.

ZOPANI (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”) is an online multi-vendor marketplace serving customers across the GCC. Products are sold by independent sellers through our platform. These terms explain your rights and responsibilities when shopping with us. Please read them carefully.

Your Account

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to use the platform.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

Orders & Pricing

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy; the order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation.
  • All prices, offers and availability are shown at the time of ordering and may change.
  • We make every effort to display accurate product details, but occasional errors may occur. If a product or price is listed incorrectly, we may cancel the affected order and refund you.
  • Applicable taxes or fees, if any, are shown before you confirm payment.

Payments

  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.
  • We do not store your full card details on our servers.
  • By submitting a payment, you confirm you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
  • Orders are processed once payment is successfully received and verified.

Delivery

  • We deliver across the 6 GCC countries: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.
  • Estimated delivery times and any shipping charges are shown at checkout.
  • Delivery timings are estimates and may vary due to location, courier or factors beyond our control.
  • You can track your order anytime on the Track Order page.

Returns & Refunds

  • Eligible items can be returned in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
  • Items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
  • For damaged or incorrect items, contact support promptly so we can resolve it quickly.

Acceptable Use

  • Use the platform lawfully and do not engage in fraud, abuse or misuse.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
  • Do not post false reviews, misleading content or infringe others’ rights.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Marketplace Role

ZOPANI provides a marketplace connecting customers with independent sellers. Products are sold by these sellers, who are responsible for their items. We work to maintain quality and support a safe shopping experience, and our support team is here to help resolve any issues.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ZOPANI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

We may update these Customer Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date, and continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
