Suitable for vegans, this is an excellent source of energy to keep you feeling full and ready for the day ahead. SUGGESTED USE: OPTION 1 Mix 1 scoop (30g) with100-150ml of boiling water. Stir well and leave for 1-2 minutes. OPTION 2 Mix 1 scoop (30g) with 100-150ml of cold water or milk and stir well. Place into microwave for 2 minutes.
