We want you to shop with confidence. Here’s everything you need to know about returning an item and getting your refund.
How to return an item

Start your request
Log in to Your Account, open the order, and select the item you’d like to return โ or contact support@zopani.com.

Pack the item
Place the item back in its original packaging with all tags, accessories and any free gifts included.

Hand it over
Follow the return instructions provided. Our courier will collect it or you’ll be guided on how to send it back.

Get your refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is approved and processed to your original payment method.
What can & can’t be returned

- Unused items in original condition & packaging
- Items with all tags and labels attached
- Wrong item received
- Damaged or defective on arrival
- Item significantly different from description
โ Not eligible for return
- Used, worn or washed items
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Perishable goods & personal care items
- Final sale / clearance items (where marked)
- Requests made after the return window
Refund details
How long do refunds take?
After your returned item is received and approved, the refund is initiated to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
How will I be refunded?
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout. We don’t issue cash refunds for online card payments.
What if my item arrived damaged or wrong?
Please contact support@zopani.com within a reasonable time with your order number and a photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
Are shipping charges refundable?
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item). In those cases we cover return costs.

A note for sellers
Sellers are expected to honour the ZOPANI returns policy and process eligible returns and refunds promptly. Clear product descriptions and accurate images help reduce returns. For seller-side questions, email sellers@zopani.com.
